Bee poison and a human

The first to notice medicinal properties of bee stings were beekeepers, who became immune to bee poison. No wonder that they were also the first to use bee poison as a remedy. Bee stings were used both by ancient doctors and wise men. But still treatment by bee stings hasn’t become widespread, as it should be.

What happens when a bee stings?

Besides pain you can see a pale part of the skin (about 2 cm), round which there is little reddening and swelling, disappearing in 2 hours or even in 3 days depending on the organism sensitiveness. Inflammatory process is a physiological reaction of an organism.

Bee stings stimulate immune system. This explains therapeutic value of bee poison. In the result of the stress caused by bee stings cortisone a hormone regulating the protein, carbohydrate, fat metabolism. Bee poison is a clear light yellow, aromatic, thick, burning liquid with pungent specific odor, and bitter taste. In fresh bee poison there are about 30-50% of dry substances. If it is put on the glass of collapsible frame it dries out in 10-15 minutes and loses volatile aromatic substances and about 25% of fat acids. Later on dry poison (raw poison) is used for producing preparations, necessary for medical purposes.

Positive effect of stinging is higher than that of using preparations made on the basis of raw poison. 18 from the 20 obligatory amino acids. (Metionin, histidin, etc). When small doses of honey get into blood they compensate the deficit of amino acids, make active hormones and vitamins, lower the level of cholesterol, have positive effect on adipose metabolism, improve the condition of atherosclerosis patients.

The bee poison effect on human organism is very complex. It depends on the dose, the place of stinging and the sensitivity of an organism (women and children have a higher sensitivity that men). Before beginning treatment it is necessary to test sensitivity to bee poison.

The effect of bee poison on the most important systems of human body has been discovered: on the nervous, vascular, immune and systems. Poison influences the central nervous system, having an anaesthetic effect. In this sense it is 15 times stronger than drug anesthetics, relieving radiculitis, osteohondrosis, poliarthritis pains. Bee poison increases coronary circulation of blood, dilates blood vessels of the brain, and makes arterial pressure 10-60mm or murcury column lower, tones up to intestine (sometimes-even leads to disorder). After stinging the bee is taken away and on the body the stiletto with a sack of poison remains, whose muscles squeezing the sack by reflex inject the poison under the skin. The instruction of stinging fixes the time of stinging 1minute. In the cases when it is necessary to reduce the time of stinging the sting is drawn out in 5,10,15 seconds.

The cycle consists of 12-15 treatments either daily during 10-15 days or every second day, or 2 times a week during a month and a half. The method is chosen according to individual peculiarities.

Waist –sacral radiculitis is treated according to ascending-descending scheme. Beginning with one sting, then at every next treatment 1-2 stings are added. The number of stings shouldn’t exceed 8-12 a time. After that they are reduced to 1-2.

Stings are done on the points of urinary bladder meridian and of posreromedian meridian on the waist. If you missed the biologically active point the poison effecting a large area will have impact on this point. Bee poison is 85% effective in treating waist –sacral radiculidis. The simplicity of the method makes it available in summer as well as in winter, as bees do not hibernate.

Thus, bee poison can be used for prophylaxis and treatment all the year round.
